Office of Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts is now located at Morrison Hall, room 104.

The Office of Student Accounts is a department under the Office of the Controller.  Responsibilities include billing of tuition, fees, room and board, collection of current and delinquent accounts, processing student refunds and lost/stolen student refund checks.

You can view your student account charges or pay your bill on-line by logging into WPConnect.  Once you log in, click on the Student tab from the top menu bar and go to the Bill Payment section and select any of the available options.   If you need assistance, please contact the HELP desk at 973-720-HELP.

It is your responsibility to be aware of deadlines and University policies, such as payment due dates. 

Listed below are some helpful tips to help you keep track of and understand the information we send you.

• Carefully read everything you receive from William Paterson University.
• Create a file for your college bills and correspondence or notes you make about those bills. Include your tuition and fee bill, and other information including receipts and loan information. 
• Write down the name of the person that you talk with if you call or drop by to ask questions. If you need to follow up, you'll know whom to ask for again.
